Chaika Events has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Russian speaking individual to join our ambitious events team as an Events Assistant. In this role you will work closely with the Events Manager in the planning and delivery of a range of events for our private clients. We organise weddings, children's parties, birthday and other events for high profile clients.
The work will be varied and will include tasks such as liaising with suppliers, purchasing necessary equipment, managing the existing event equipment, putting together creative proposals, working on events often on weekends and sometimes late evenings, general administration support as required.
Our ideal candidate will be an organised individual with a keen eye for detail, adaptable and willing to learn quickly, with the ability to respond to the dynamic nature of the role. The event experience is desirable but not necessary.
The candidate requires good communication skills and the ability to build internal and external relationships. Interest in hospitality, art, fashion and other cultural disciplines in desirable but not essential.
