We are looking for a fluent Russian speaking Sales & Marketing Executive to join Cara’s dynamic team of 30+ people, working out of our office in East Croydon, Greater London. The role is on a fixed term (10 months) basis as Maternity Cover starting in May/June 2019. There will be regular travel to Russia/Ukraine as well as a familiarisation trip to the Caribbean as part of the role.
The primary purpose of this role is to increase distribution, sales and market share specifically for Cara Hotel Marketing’s client - AMResorts. This will be achieved through managing our relationships with tour operators in Russian, Ukraine & CIS markets in order to secure the best possible sales and marketing opportunities, as well as educating travel agents in their native language in order to ensure that AMResorts receives the optimum level of product and brand awareness.
The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with tour operators, travel agents and tourist boards in Russia, Ukraine and other CIS markets.
Analysing and interpreting monthly client statistical reporting, in order to be fully aware of each key tour operator account’s performance in relation to targets, and to proactively implement recovery strategies and activities where necessary.
Regularly proofing Russian language product content in tour operator sales collateral, to ensure that all information is factually correct before signing off in time to meet copy deadlines.
Co-ordinating the content, design and successful communication of Russian language travel agent newsletters, trade marketing and press releases on behalf of Cara Hotel Marketing and its clients.
Conducting regular AMResorts product training presentations to travel agents and tour operator reservations staff throughout Russia, Ukraine and other CIS markets in Russian.
Fluency in English and Russian is essential.
You must be allowed to legally work in the UK.
