In summary, the EMEA Environmental Data & System Management Specialist manages, coordinates and optimises the delivery of the Environmental Management System for Canon EMEA in line with the global Canon Group system and the ISO14001 standard. In this role you are responsible for the coordination and gathering of all environmental data including but not limited to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations and GHG data.
As well you coordinate Canon’s Green Procurement program for EMEA to ensure the program to be in line with Canon Group requirements. And amongst other activities you lead an audit competence centre and undertake internal and external audits covering but not limited to ISO14001, Green Procurement and Extended Producer Responsibility (ERP).

Someone who can Coordinate Canon’s ISO14001 certified environmental management system for the EMEA region in accordance with ISO14001 standard and Canon Group requirements. Someone who can lead and coordinate internal Canon RSHQ (where applicable - provide local support) ISO 14001 audits. Coordinate Canon’s Green Procurement (GP) program and Extended Producer Responsibility (ERP) reporting for EMEA is part of this journey. You will need
We are looking for someone with Master degree and approximately 5-7 years (senior level) of relevant work experience in a comparable role. As well you are experienced and/or have qualifications as an ISO auditor. You have proven knowledge and understanding of environmental management and the ISO 14001 standard. Finally, we are looking for someone with good analytical and reporting skills.
Naturally you can communicate on business level in languages – English fluent, other languages desirable (e.g. German, French, Spanish).
You need to be prepared to travel in this role, since there is considerable travel in EMEA required.
LOCATION ROLE: In Canon EMEA we have two RSHQ locations, in London (UK) and Amsterdam (NL). The role can be based in either one location depending on the location base of the hired candidate.
