To support our rapid growth we are looking for a People Coordinator to support the People Team.

The People team supports the business, interacts with every Boxer and drives critical people initiatives & projects that enhance the employee experience.
In this role, you will be supporting the People team in their aim of offering the best employee experience throughout a Boxer's lifecycle with a big focus on ensuring new hires have the best on-boarding experience possible. You will sit at the heart of the people team, interacting with a wide variety of teams and across People functions.
As a People Coordinator you will:
Oversee the on-boarding process in EMEA from the moment when a candidate signs their docs, right up until they walk through the door on their 1st day and even beyond ensuring the new Boxer feels welcomed and taken care of. This includes acting as liaison between the new hire, their new manager & teams such as payroll and benefits to ensure the right information has been shared and the new hire feels prepared and excited for their start.
Work with the Hiring Managers to agree when their new hires should visit HQ for training & then act as liaison between the new hire & any relevant US teams to ensure travel is booked & all parties know what is happening at what time. The key is to ensure all parties feel informed and prepared.
Manage the exit process for EMEA Boxers leaving the business, ensuring the right processes are followed and the employee feels taken care of right up until their final day in the company. We want to end things on a high.
Act as administrator for the People team, inputting data and ensuring all employee records in Box and Workday are accurate. You will act as EMEA liaison with the US People Team to ensure global processes are aligned and properly actioned. You will become THE Workday Expert in EMEA and help us with reports and data analytics.
Draft paperwork such as offer docs, promotion letters, transfer letters etc for all EMEA entities.
Be involved in any immigration related matters for new & current EMEA Boxers, liaising with the relevant immigration services & government agencies as well as necessary team members in the US. You will track Visa applications or when they are due to expire & communicate effectively with the relevant Boxers about what needs to be done.
Ensure any invoices relating to the people team are paid in a timely manner by raising PO's at the right time & acting as point of contact for suppliers.
Act as a Box culture ambassador, including running quarterly awards & celebrating Boxiversaries.
Track sickness & PTO across different EMEA countries, working with Payroll to ensure records are up to date.
Act as point of contact between the People team & EMEA Boxers, dealing with general queries and requests for assistance where needed.
Become the Learning & Development expert guiding our EMEA Boxers around available programs or help identifying external vendors for program delivery

You have ideally worked with HR systems before, Workday, SuccessFactors - you name them ...

You love working in an international environment and ideally you speak multiple languages
