Business Development @ BounceX
Our Business Development Representatives take a research-driven and strategic approach to identifying and mapping out complex eCommerce organisations that would glean huge value from a partnership with BounceX. They engage with key decision makers right at the start of our consultative sales cycle, ultimately providing the enterprise sales team with qualified leads and prospects.
Business Development Representatives at BounceX play a critical and creative role building relationships with potential clients at the start of our sales process…and we need more of them to support an EMEA team that's doubled in size this year!
As a Business Development Representative @ BounceX you will:
Identify new enterprise prospects to drive pipeline growth for BounceX EMEA
Source and research qualified companies, determining who the decision makers are and how to reach them.
Craft highly customised, multi-channel, persona-based outreach to drive specific interest.
Keep track of personal outbound email metrics -- sends, opens, responses, demos etc.
Attend industry-specific events and become a subject matter expert in all things BounceX and MarTech.
So what experience can you bring to the BounceX Business Development team?
1 - 2 years experience as a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative, engaging decision makers in prospect accounts.
A focused, detail-oriented, metrics-driven and organised approach.
Experience managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects
The ability to leverage CRM tools (ideally SalesForce) to prospect into specific geographic territories and sectors.
A thirst and excitement for the start-up environment with a motivated, tenacious, and resourceful attitude; creativity is key and resilience is a must!
General knowledge of the MarTech/eCommerce industries would be a big plus!
