The purpose of the role is end-to-end responsibility for a business of ASIC product portfolio. Broad scope of the role includes fiscal responsibility for a set of products, deep collaboration with R&D teams, developing and executing go-to-market strategy.
Define strategy and roadmap for a product line (ASIC chips) and justify this through customer and strategic company benefits.
Collaborate with R&D teams (both internal and external), define product requirements for new releases and control execution.
Orchestrate cross-functional work for product implementation
Coordinate customer development activities to define product business model, USP and go-to-market plan
Be responsible for product revenue targets. Collaborate with sales, marketing and other departments to align mutual efforts for the product market success.
Ensure that the product future plan as well as backlog (both technical or business) are visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders.
Develop and manage sales funnel for ODM partners, B2B customers and high net worth individuals
Masters degree in marketing, business, math or engineering. MBA is a plus
5+ years in IT product management. Work with a product for at least 2 releases. Chipset business is preferred, yet and complex software are also acceptable.
Product experience with B2B (long sales cycle, enterprise requirements and few professional customers)
Entrepreneurial mindset. Senior product management role in a successful start-up is a strong advantage.
Ability to think out of the box, yet relevant to business and product specifics.
Tech savvy and curiosity.
Fluent English. Russian is an advantage.
Global geographical attitude. Hands-on experience in different regions (Asia, Eastern Europe, North America) is a strong advantage.
