Purpose of role

  • Project UNO has the stated aim to harmonise group processes across all B&P Management Units (MUs) and find and implement a Solution Stack (including but not necessarily limited to typical ERP, CRM, HR functionality) to support this. This should then be able to be applied to any future Group companies

  • To support the design, implementation, rollout and ongoing use of the new Project UNO solution stack based on Microsoft Dynamics 365

Main responsibilities

Project UNO

  • Support the design and Implementation of D365 Solution Stack

  • Documenting business processes across all areas of the business using Rapid Value software

  • Reviewing Master Data and providing additional data cleaning prior to upload into UNO

  • Participation in rollout of UNO solution stack across all Group locations

Ongoing support

  • Providing Application support on D365

  • Providing support to users updating master data

  • Managing user profiles and system security

  • Contacting external support for issues that cannot be resolved by Beck & Pollitzer team

Report writing

  • Develop report writing skills to supplement the system screens and reports

  • Develop additional reports and support users seeking data from UNO

  • Support further development of UNO solution stack following initial rollout

Training development

  • Develop training materials for Project UNO using Rapid Value software

  • With HR, deliver training to new users of Project UNO after the initial implementation

Business Systems development

  • Support further development of UNO solution stack following initial rollout

  • Design and Maintain Workflows to support the Solution

Experience and qualifications required

Essential

  • Educated to degree level, probably with a “numerate” degree (science, finance, economics, for example

  • Interest in business systems

  • Will be trained in all relevant aspects of Microsoft D365

Desirable

  • Computer systems component of degree course

  • Experience of finance or accounting or other business systems

  • Previous office-based work experience

  • Experience of international travel and sensitivity to differing culture

  • Foreign language knowledge of French, German, Polish, Russian or language of other existing Beck & Pollitzer offices
