Apple - Business Operations Project Executive

Apple is seeking a Russian speaking, experienced junior project management executive to join the EMEIA Apple Pay Business Operations team, based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the operational relationships with Apple Pay’s partners in Russia as well as managing EMEIA-wide operational relationships with partners including reporting, invoicing, testing, and other functions. The role will be part of the EMEIA Business Operations team based in London, within the Apple Pay International team. The EMEIA Business Operations team is responsible for launching Apple Pay partners (banks, transit operators, payment networks, venues, loyalty schemes etc) and then working with our partners on an ongoing basis to ensure that key customer metrics are maintained, fraud is minimised and the day to day interactions with our partners are handled effectively. The Apple Pay International Team is essentially an early stage, fast-growing business within Apple. As a result team members thrive in a rapidly changing environment where everyone “rolls up their sleeves” to deliver our objectives. Flexibility to travel within EMEIA is required.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience of operational project management in a fast moving environment

  • Experience working closely with, and delivering change across, operational functions

  • Experience working in a client or other third-party facing role

  • Ability to analyse processes and identify improvements

  • Passion for new technology and innovation

  • Background and experience working in a digital/payments environment

  • Proven track record working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders in large organisations, including internationally

  • Good analytical capabilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Fluency in English and Russian ESSENTIAL + additional major European languages highly desirable


Lead operational relationships with Apple Pay’s partners (including banks, retailers, transit providers and others) in the Russian and other CIS markets. This includes managing reporting, invoicing, marketing campaigns, operational escalations and enabling partners to use the full capabilities of the Apple Pay platform Work with internal and external partners to develop marketing campaigns and monitor results Lead the operational side of the projects to launch banks and other partners onto the Apple Pay platform in Russia and other CIS markets Manage the reporting, invoicing and testing processes for Apple Pay partners across the EMEIA region Deliver step change improvements in operational processes Coordinate with other teams across Apple to deliver operations projects


B.A./B.S./M.S. EE/CS or equivalent training or experience
