Fluent English / knowledge of Russian is advantages

Act as a true ambassador and gate-keeper for the Chairman
Deal with telephone and email enquiries, using Outlook
Complex diary management (with constant last minute changes and moving of meetings) and travel arrangement, preparation of all supporting documentation for the meetings.
Prepare expenses reports and deal with contracts and documentation, representing the company during negotiation processes with various counterparties, provide additional 24/7 assistance and translation services during business trips
Act as a link between and often the first port of call for the Heads of Different departments in the company.
Keep diaries and arrange appointments
Organise, schedule and attend meetings, create agendas and take minutes and follow up on action points
Work with IT for office technical support (including computers, phones, server, Polycom, wi-fi, mobile apps etc. )
Pulling together documents and briefs for confidential projects
Candidates may also carry out the following duties:
Use a variety of software packages (including Microsoft Office, Access and PowerPoint) to manage data and produce documents and presentations
Use content management systems to maintain and update internal databases
Arrange in-house and external event
