Almax Group - Accountant

We are friendly and rapidly expanding real estate and property development company based in Central London. The role will include but not be limited to:

  • Preparing statutory accounts including annual and company tax returns

  • Preparing VAT returns

  • Completing balance sheet reconciliations for all accounts and maintaining company ledger

  • Management of the day to day financial functions for Real Estate business

  • Provide the Partners and Senior Management with reliable and timely consolidated financial information and analysis

  • Prepare regular and timely consolidated management information, including monthly group management accounts and quarterly financial forecasts

  • Manage the annual group budget process in an effective and timely way

  • Develop and produce financial management reports

  • Developing and implementing financial systems

  • Managing a small finance team

  • Supporting HR function

  • Reporting and monitoring to tight deadlines

  • Russian speaking

Skills:

  • Experience with SAGE

  • Proficient with Microsoft products particularly Excel

  • Effective financial management skills
