Through a combination of training and ongoing development, you will learn to understand mining terminologies and recruitment processes needed to maximise your potential to enter the next phase of your career.
Your responsibilities will include:
Liaising with clients and identifying their specific needs
Sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for client requirements
Qualifying and short-listing candidates through telephone and Skype interviews
Increasing candidate base through referrals
Generating leads and market information
This Recruitment Consultant role will be focused on networking and speaking with candidates worldwide
At least 1 year of experience working as a recruitment consultant, or minimum of 2 years of experience at B2B sales
Successful track record of placing candidates
Tenacious and driven personality
Team player with a positive “can-do” attitude
Eagerness to learn and develop
Proven ability to conduct business at a distance
Hardworking, and ability to adapt rapidly to changing environments
Fluency in French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic or Mandarin is highly advantageous
Experience at industrial recruitment (mining, infrastructure, construction, oil & gas, engineering) would be advantageous
