Swissquote - Business Development Manager

As a member of our Global Sales HQ Department, you will conduct multiple tasks to grow the business through client acquisition as well as providing best in class service to the existing clients of the Bank.

Daily routine

Integrated in Swissquote Bank’s Global Sales HQ, you will report to the Head of Russia CIS & Eastern Europe Desk. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage your book of clients and partners

  • Perform initial contact with the prospects as well as continuous follow up with prospects and clients

  • Meet Revenue and account opening targets set Individually and for the Department

  • Continuously and respectively update of CRM to keep it up to date

  • Follow sales cross-border guidelines

  • Liaise with other departments and functions on any client related aspect

  • Provide continuous feedback to management in order to optimize existing procedures and tools

  • After-Sales support to clients and partners

Skills set

  • Fluent in English and Russian. Hebrew would be a strong asset. Any other CIS or Eastern European language is a plus

  • Previous sales and relationship management experience (focus on FX/Trading is a plus)

  • University degree in Business, Economics or Finance

  • Solid knowledge of financial markets and banking

  • Ability to work with flexible schedules and be ready to travel

  • Ability to achieve and exceed targets

  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment linked with a fast growing bank

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Customer service oriented, motivated, committed, professional and a team player
