HR assistant

Full time employment in St. Gallen, Switzerland.


  • Develop and maintain recruiting channels, CV collection and do HR recruiting and dismissal works to support SUEK AG offices.

  • Assist to prepare HR official letters including job offer, new contracts, on-boarding notice, change of role, warning letters and etc.

  • Help to provide HR solution to HR manager for possible reference point for all employee issues, including disputes, settlements, counselling and complaints.

  • Improve the communication with employee, explain any newly issued HR policies from the company, assist in monitoring the implementation of the company's HR related policies.

  • Assist in identifying training needs, design and help to implement training programs and maintain training record data base.

  • Provide constructive proposals on office environment improvement and conduct related projects. Such as, team building and annual arrangements to promote company culture.

  • Work with HR outsourcing companies and help to monitor their works for SUEK AG offices.

  • Maintain various HR data base (such as employee personal/contract file, employee vacation/leave file, employee social insurance file, employee welfare file and etc.) to make sure all personal details of all employees in SUEK AG offices are timely registered and correct.

  • Possible payroll duties in the future.

  • Other HR daily works assigned by HR manager and the company.

General requirements: 

  • Citizenship of EU-8 or EU-17 or EFTA countries.

  • Bachelor degree or above education background, major in Human Resource or other related disciplines.

  • At least 2-3 years' work experience in multinational companies as HR admin/HR assistant/Recruiting assistant, preferably from sales-oriented organizations.

  • Familiar with Swiss labor law, local labor related regulations, policies and procedures.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, good at Excel and PPT.

  • Good at English communication both in oral and written.

  • Russian and German are an advantage.

  • Team work spirit, good communication and coordination skills, can multi-task and work under pressure.
