To be the reference person for our Zurich and Basel offices for tax, wealth structuring and legal matters primarily for Swiss resident clients but also for international clients and for the CRMs dealing with such clients.
Advising Swiss and international clients on taxation / wealth structuring (trusts, foundations, companies, life insurance contracts, private investment companies and investment funds) / legal matters.
Monitoring the major tax / wealth structuring / legal developments in particular for the German speaking part of Switzerland.
Sharing such major developments with the team and writing news for the CRMs and their clients.
Helping CRMs to meet the needs of our existing clients as well as developing new client relationships.
Guide clients in the choice and implementation of adequate legal structures: trusts, foundations, companies, life insurance contracts, private investment companies and investment funds.
Performing the job in a complex environment that calls for analysis, synthesis and interpretation of several options.
University degree in Law, Economics or a qualification deemed equivalent.
Swiss Tax Expert certification.
At least five years’ previous experience in the field of wealth planning, preferably in a bank.
In-depth knowledge of the Swiss tax, wealth structuring and legal systems, as well as very good knowledge of UK taxation (UK Resident Non-Domiciled).
Good knowledge of the German and Russian tax, wealth structuring and legal systems (and of any other country).
General knowledge of banking and investment services.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent command of at least Swiss German/German and English; French and any other language would be an asset.
Must be resident in Switzerland.
