Description

Summary:

The primary purpose of this role is to provide optimum financial reporting and analytics to Finance Partners to support decisions to drive profitability and growth.

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Preparation and consolidation of EMEA BU Sales, Order and Price for Budget / Forecasts / weekly estimate as well as OPEX Indirect expenses.

  • Perform OSB Recast until requested by EMEA Senior Management.

  • Run standard reports along with interrogating SAP or contacting the relevant entities to apply explanations for variances versus Budget/Forecast and last year .These reports will mainly cover Sales, Order and Price analysis, Standard Margin analysis , SGA analysis, KPIs.

  • Support the Business Finance Partners with standard and ad hoc analysis.

  • Under direct supervision able to conduct reviews of business unit financials to prepare analytics for use in modeling of basic projections.

  • Develop and improve all reporting tools, finding the collaboration with IT Finance enablement team.

  • Prepare financial reports for quarterly EMEA Business review meetings.

  • Support the Global Business Finance Partner for any specific query and standarding reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Min. 2 years of professional experience in a similar role

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Able to summarise results and complex data in a succinct manner and present to non financial management

  • Very IT literate

  • Able to manage to tight deadlines and pressure

  • Strong team spirit

  • Good understanding for reading and leveraging business financial data and reports

  • Able to apply analytical thinking and knowledge of FP&A tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments, recommendations, or taking in-scope actions involving business and financial reports

  • Strong skills with Microsoft Exel and Powerpoint

  • Hyperion and HFM experience

  • Worked in a similar size organisation

  • SAP experience

  • Good communicator in English language
