IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Ensure the full support of the Team Head logistics, clients contacts and follow-up together with the coordination and occasional back up of other relationship managers of the local team

  • Deal with the computing, administrative and legal aspects of opening and closing client accounts

  • Deal with KYC and AML tasks

  • Manage client accounts and transactions (stock market purchases / sales, transfers, check endorsements, cash control, fiduciary deposit renewals, etc.)

  • Monitor client account balances and account transactions

  • Prepare client meetings (documents required for the meeting) and meet the clients when the relationship manager is absent

  • Organize and prepare the team meetings

  • Plan and assist the relationship managers in their travel arrangements (prepare lists of clients to be visited, arrange appointments, chase up missing documents, prepare documents)

  • Deal with incoming (post, faxes and e-mails) and outgoing (letters, investment recommendations, etc.) correspondence

  • Attend daily / weekly meetings with financial analysts and specialist managers

  • Handle various administrative tasks

  • Ensure strict application of internal and external compliance regulations

IHRE FÄHIGKEITEN

  • Min. 3-year experience in a similar position

  • French, English and Russian (written and spoken)

  • Excellent knowledge of financial products and markets

  • Good general knowledge (economics, legal, geopolitics, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-centric mindset

  • Aptitude to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines

  • Ability to process and apply new skills/concepts quickly

  • Aptitude to work in a team as well as autonomously

  • Excellent IT skills (software tools used by the Bank, MS Office, typing)
