These are your exiting tasks in this fascinating role:
You are supporting the Relationship Managers in their daily business.
Administration of client accounts (opening, balancing, etc.).
Supporting, booking and handling of payments.
Supporting, booking and handling of stock market orders.
You will compose customer correspondence (e-Mail, letters) and appropriate call handling will be part of the very interesting task.
You will organize client meetings, client visits and internal meetings.
You will organize client visits incl. hotel-, trip-booking, etc.
As a fully integrated team member you take over the entire needed tasks to fulfil the client needs to the best possible extend.
You must bring the following skills with you:
Ideally you have at least 2 years of experience as Private Banking Assistant supporting Relationship Managers for the Eastern European market mainly Russia or for the LATAM market.
You have a sound banking background, profound banking product know-how and you have worked in financial institutes in a similar role.
You are very good in using MS Office toolset especially MS PowerPoint and Excel using formulas, makros etc., you are open to new working environment and you are a fast learner.
You are a customer-oriented and a well-groomed person.
You are ready to go the extra mile, looking for fast paced, never boring environment where success and commitment is rewarded.
You are fluent in Russian or Spanish, English and German.
