The internship position is placed in the Site Management team of the Construction & Commissioning department which executes projects in the gas power business.
You will assist the Project Construction & Commissioning Management to accomplish tasks.
1 Jan 2020 preferred start date, fixed term for 12 months.
Financial Project Controlling - cost review and forecast, budgeting and granting budget compliance
Preparation of review meetings with upper management
Keep record and track of any project-related documents and report within the appropriate database
Communication and coordination meetings with GE entities of different regions and countries
Manpower planning for ongoing projects
Preparation of documents for upcoming projects
Optimization of processes
Data Base Management
The position is office based, A business trip to the construction site may be possible.
Engineering studies (Bachelor/Master) in a relevant technical subject
You are in the advanced stages of your studies in Engineering and Management (Bachelor: > 120 CP or Master program)
You are fluent in English and have good communication skills (Further language skills are a plus, particularly German, Spanish or Russian)
You have strong analytical and result oriented skills
You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
You enjoy responsibility and you would like to work in a multicultural environment
Interest for project control and project management within an EPC environment
Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
Knowledge in Primavera P6 is appreciated
