ESCAR Management - Office Manager

Consulting company based in Zug, Switzerland is looking to hire a highly motivated, responsible and organized candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing the office and helping the team to optimize the work

  • Sorting and distribution of messages / communications on time

  • Verbal and written translations

  • Creation and updating of records ensuring the accuracy and reliability of information

  • Scheduling and preparing meetings

  • Troubleshoot routine office problems and respond to problems/requests

  • Coordination with other departments to ensure compliance with established procedures

  • Support in accounting and financial reporting of the company

  • Market and Company research

  • Handling of other tasks set by he clients and the management, such as but not limited to: concierges services, assistance in private matters and other, in order to achieve the best service level for the clients for the company

  • Communication with the clients, providing excellent client service.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Finance or Economics

  • Strong drive and commitment, ability to work independently and to execute multiple task under time pressure

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Proactive and entrepreneurial approach

  • Proficient in conversational and written Russian, German. English would be an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent Knowledge of Excel

  • Experience in work with Accounting Software would be an advantage

  • Experience in work with Bloomberg would be an advantage
