To support the growth of our activities in EMEA, we have an opportunity for a candidate to support the BI activities of the European, Middle-East-Africa sales and distribution organization (EMEA) on a 12-month temporary contract, with possibility to evolve into a permanent role.

In this exciting role, the Business Analyst EMEA is responsible for the entire yearly cycle of his specific powersport brands for which he was ownership, working closely with the other Business Analysts EMEA. He/she is responsible to consolidate and analyze industry and market share data, wholesale and retail sales results, inventory data, targets and creating and issuing meaningful reports as well as collecting and distributing market intelligence data for the various brands throughout the Region.

In this role, you will be immersed in the Powersport industry for the brands you will be responsible for. You will collaborate with your colleagues from Marketing, Volume Planning, Sales and Management which will be counting on you to drive the yearly and monthly cycle of your brands which include booking process and tools, collaborate to the 5 years volume strategic plan, own retail and market share data as well as industry and competitors trends in each segment during the monthly marketing meetings to adjust the go-to-market strategy.

As a Global Business Intelligence team member, the Business Analyst EMEA you will also work closely with your BI Team members in Lausanne, Finland and North-America to develop and deploy new reporting to the Sales teams, Marketing Teams and Management. You will be responsible to optimize existing reporting by leveraging SQL, automate extract/transform/load procedures (ETL), data integrity and document related processes and will notably leverage tools like Tableau, PowerBI, SAP and to ultimately improve efficiency, visibility and decision-making support to Management.

The position will also be working closely with the Network Development Teams based in Lausanne to support their activities in managing our dealer and distributor around Europe, Middle-East and Africa (EMEA).

This role reports to the business (not IS-IT department) and is anchored in our core business go-to-market process.

The responsibilities are :

  • Responsible for BRP brands Can-Am Spyder and Ryker Roadsters and Evinrude® outboard engines (this is subject to vary overtime).

  • Responsible for its brands annual cycle: target setting, booking, 5-year plan, inventory and retail monitoring, industry, competition and sales and marketing performance working closely with Marketing teams and volume planning teams.

  • Collaborate with other BI EMEA members ensure cross-brands report optimization and efficiency gains with optimization and automation of internal ETL processes in SQL to ensure efficiency gain, data integrity and documentation.

  • Support Network Development team in Lausanne to create / maintain various network coverage optimization tools and analysis to support our Network Value Proposition

  • BI Tools and Process improvement to accelerate our BI transformation and our “moving to the Cloud” journey in full team collaboration mode with EMEA and Global BI colleagues including data visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau.

  • Train various internal and external stakeholders on newly develop BI tools or processes


  • University degree in Business, Computer Science, BI or data engineering

  • 0 to 3 years of professional experience in BI environment

  • Fluent in English – other European language is a plus but not mandatory

  • Good knowledge of SQL programming is required

  • SAP reporting knowledge is a plus as well as Excel skills

  • Data visualization tool strong knowledge: mainly Tableau and PowerBI

  • Knowledge of C#, C++ is a plus

This position is based in Lausanne, Switzerland ad hoc travel could be required to Europe or Canada for training or workshop purposes.
