Assist in publishing the Magazine of the Organization, taking into account guidelines and best practices for user experience (UX) and SEO and following the correct structure, language and design requirements for web pages based on established policy and practices;
Manage, record and track each of the six language versions of the Magazine to ensure the integrity of the final text.
Liaise with in-house translators and graphic designers as required.
Image sourcing, retouching, and acquisition of usage rights, as required.

Version control spread sheet to be updated daily.
You will work under the supervision of the Editor of the Magazine, in the Publications Division. The supervisors will evaluate the delivery of work.
University degree in communications, marketing, languages, writing or other relevant discipline
At least 2 years of experience in a digital content creation/publishing role.
Strong web publishing skills (experience of content management systems) and ability to create web content directly in HTML;
Excellent understanding of best practices in web user experience and SEO;
Ability to structure information and create user-focused designs for web pages (including use of wireframing/prototyping tools such as e.g. Balsamiq, Sketch, Figma);
Ability to create and edit visual content (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator etc.);
Strong collaboration skills;
Ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects at different stages, for different mediums, and targeting different audiences;
Very strong organizational, time management and communication skills;
An eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English or French with a good working knowledge of the other.
Basic knowledge of customer journey mapping and user testing;
Understanding of trends in content strategy and creation as well as digital marketing.
Working knowledge of Spanish, Chinese, Russian or Arabic
