Acronis - VP Global Partnerships

The VP Global Partnerships is in charge of maintaining and developing relationships with current & potential Company partners; in charge of implementing & executing partnership activation program initiatives across all regions; in charge of maximum utilization of Partnerships’ benefits & gain full value from the contractual perks. 

The VP Global Partnerships leads all merchandising and branding efforts for Acronis Events, Acronis Sports, Acronis Foundation across the world in alignment with sales & marketing strategy. This global position supports the management of the all hospitality programs and all activities pertaining to the participation of Acronis at all Formula 1, Formula E races & Partner Sports Clubs matches and events as well as side events, including press events, driver/player appearances, factory visits, test sessions, speakers appearances & other special events. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead all merchandising and branding efforts for Acronis Events, Acronis Sports, Acronis Foundation in conjunction with global and regional marketing & sales teams

  • Request/approve design for Acronis-branded merchandise: shirts, t-shirts, pens, mugs, tool cards, bags, backpacks, socks, gloves, batteries, headphones, shoes, suits, jackets, and more

  • Source and manage vendors and supply chain for Acronis-branded merchandise

  • Manage the Acronis’ Merchandising stock and fulfilment as requested

  • Facilitate the approval and review process of the global event & activation plans

  • Act as an adviser to the Marketing and Sales teams on activation strategy, budget management, and execution of sport events to ensure the alignment with global strategy & approved event standards

  • Plan, approve, adjust & track and report on the global partnerships activities budget

  • Consolidate post-event data necessary for comprehensive ROI analysis

Your skills

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management

  • Excellent communication skills – written and oral

  • Ability to work with Executives and higher management

  • Ability to work in a global team – Ability to adapt to different cultures and markets

  • Fluent English and Russian language skills, any other European Language is a plus

  • Goal oriented and creative style of work

  • Ready to travel within the world as required
