As a Customer Support Specialist in our Airbnb account, you will be providing support to Airbnb customers in Russian and English throughout their travelling experience with Airbnb. You will be promptly and efficiently dealing with customers who will contact you via inbound calls and emails/messages. You will manage all Airbnb customers requests, changes and cancellations as necessary, troubleshoot, providing information and solutions to customers and do so with the highest standards of professional customer care.
Ability to write and speak fluently, clearly and concisely in English and Russian is essential!
Previous customer support experience is an advantage
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Empathetic and can communicate in a caring and friendly manner
Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations
