An exciting opportunity to join the Productivity Programs team for the EMEA, APAC and LATAM regions in Salesforce is now available. This role will work closely with the Sales Leadership team to design & deliver a suite of Productivity Programs that will that will directly impact the growth, talent and success of the Sales organisation. This person will act as the thought leader for the business on talent productivity, designing programs they believe will set our Sales teams up for success. You will join an existing team of 6 program managers, and run this program suite autonomously. Be the Trusted Business Partner on Talent: Be the subject matter expert on talent needs & areas of focus, regularly benchmarking & advising on talent strategy direction based on competitor & industry trends
Apply Best-in-class Program Management Methodology: Manage & implement a suite of programs, using project management structure and processes across status updates, KPI tracking and benefit realisation
Design, Development & Deliver a Suite of Programs: Design and create a suite of best in class Talent Productivity programs across leadership development, talent flows & sales productivity that will successfully enable our Sales Professionals to ramp, grow and succeed at pace
Strategically Plan & Analyse: Align with the Sales Leadership team on the overall business strategy & direction, prioritising Talent Productivity programs based on strategic direction of the business & using data make informed decisions
Influence & Communicate to Senior Leadership: Regular reporting to senior leadership, managers and partnering teams on progression of talent programs
Collaborate & Align with a matrix of Stakeholders: Work with a large group of senior stakeholders to align vision, create consistency and scale programs across a number of business functions
5+ years of experience in Program Management, Consulting, Human Capital or a Sales, related role, with a consistent proven track record of over achievement of expectations
5+ years Program / Project Management experience is a must have
Talent Management or Learning and Development experience preferable Professional Program / Project Management certification required
Strong executive presence and experience of dealing with Senior Leadership is a must
Self-motivated, accountable, detail-oriented and resourceful Experience working in a fast paced, multi-cultural environment
Understanding of Sales/Tech industry is a strong advantage
Fluency in English a requirement, Additional European language proficiency a very strong advantage
Bachelor's or Master's degree
