The role of HR Systems Specialist is to provide human resource technology support to PwC. As part of the team, you will help design, implement, and operate Human Resources technology applications that help us develop insights and strategies for our people and to drive business results. Becoming the leading tech-enabled professional services firm is a key strategic priority for us and you will have an important part to play in this.
About the Role:
The HRIS team is split into two areas, HR reporting and HR systems, and we currently have 8 people in the team. In this role, we want you to support HR Management systems and projects to ensure Best Practice standards are being delivered. You will help to encourage process and system efficiency within HR and for the entire Firm. As part of your role, you will review all our current HR processes and HR data and then translate this into technical solutions where applicable, but also be able to explain solutions and processes to a non-technical audience. As a part of the team, you may also need to support the reporting area by providing the business with key statistics and reports as well as monitoring data quality.
Develop knowledge of our Human Capital Management system - Workday
Understand IT architecture including integrated applications
Work with our global service team to make system changes
Carry out system security checks / Update system security permissions
Mass data processing & imports
Work on projects to implement new HR related systems
Testing of system changes in Sandbox and Production environments
Maintain integrity of system through regular systems reconciliations
Degree in IT/Computer Applications is helpful
Strong MS Excel skills essential
MS Access skills are beneficial but not essential
At least 1-2 years’ experience of IT systems, HR & Recruitment Systems beneficial but not a requirement
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
