Manpower - Google Ad-Words Specialist

To be considered, this requires great customer service skills, a strong awareness of Digital Marketing and the ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment. This role works closely with a number different areas within the business that includes; Account Managers, Creative Agencies, Publishers, Post Production Developers, QA and Live Issue Support Specialists.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Communicating effectively through chat, email and occasionally voice with account managers, advertisers, creative agencies and publishers to address issues in a timely manner

  • Understanding client requirements and accurately implementing them with stringent quality parameters

  • Handling queries/troubleshooting on assigned cases within Service Level Agreement

  • Assisting clients in image hosting and promoting dynamic campaigns

  • To be considered you need experience in the following areas:

  • 2+ years of intensive experience in digital marketing space

  • Experience in a job that is not task oriented, requires thought application and is non-trivial in nature

  • Candidates must be fluent in 2 or more languages: English (essential) and additionally one of the following: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian or Turkish

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a strong customer service aptitude

  • Problem-solving and analytical aptitude

  • Above average excel skills

  • Understanding of Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, general understanding of the online world

  • Client handling experience for advertising products like AdWords (Search, Display, Mobile), -Analytics (PPC ROI tracking) with knowledge of various online advertising models and revenue models will be a significant added advantage

  • Knowledge of CSS, HTML, Actionscript / Javascript preferred
