Your new role
You will provide high level of account management to customers. Manage dealer’s orders from booking to invoicing through multiple channels. Liaise with IR sites to satisfy customers required delivery dates. Build a solid partnership with the Regional Sales Managers Manage dealer expectations by clearly communicating our commitments (i.e. delivery dates or problem resolution), and keeping customers informed of status of orders, issues, etc.
The Customer Account Specialist will manage the customer experience in EMEA by handling and supporting all operational transactions for the Fluid Management & Material Handling business units within the assigned territory.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be fluent in Russian, but an additional language will be an advantage.
Third level qualification in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or product engineering.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Ideal for candidates with a background/interest in business and/or technical knowledge of products and their applications
Previous experience in service / customer facing role.
Previous exposure to the Service Industry preferred.
Self-motivated, assertive individual, problem solver and teamwork oriented.
Understanding of operations and the supply demand flow is beneficial.
Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with ERP.
