Work with Staffing Leads and Business Leaders to forecast short, medium, and long term talent demand for EMEA Tech groups.
Generate talent for Google’s immediate business needs by leveraging existing talent pools and discovering new talent pools through competitive intelligence and other sourcing methods.
Analyze and report our relative talent pool strength for each market and job profile; build a plan to close any gaps that exist between supply and forecasted demand.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective and innovative sourcing strategy according to assigned timelines.
Build long term talent pools for Google’s long term business needs through market mapping, competitive intelligence and other relevant methods.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
People management experience.
Experience finding/hiring sales and business talent.
Experience with market research and talent mapping.
Experience within sales and business staffing.
Relevant work experience in sourcing/lead generation/talent mapping in an executive search company.
Ability to learn about different/new sourcing techniques.
Deadline and detail-oriented. Excellent problem-solving, communication and facilitation skills.
