Leading a team of creative, ambitious Staffing Channels Specialists, you will improve and redefine the systems that help secure the most coveted technical leaders and thinkers in our industry. The needs of our clients are varied, complex, and global in scope. To meet these demands for hiring managers around the world, you will find novel ways to motivate your team in its pursuit of lofty hiring goals, and influence staffing leaders with rich, meaningful narratives built around data. And you’ll do this while ensuring the clients and candidates that move through your hiring process have a wonderful experience they’d find nowhere else but Google.

Whether recruiting the next great Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field.


  • Work with Staffing Leads and Business Leaders to forecast short, medium, and long term talent demand for EMEA Tech groups.

  • Generate talent for Google’s immediate business needs by leveraging existing talent pools and discovering new talent pools through competitive intelligence and other sourcing methods.

  • Analyze and report our relative talent pool strength for each market and job profile; build a plan to close any gaps that exist between supply and forecasted demand.

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective and innovative sourcing strategy according to assigned timelines.

  • Build long term talent pools for Google’s long term business needs through market mapping, competitive intelligence and other relevant methods.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • People management experience.

  • Experience finding/hiring sales and business talent.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with market research and talent mapping.

  • Experience within sales and business staffing.

  • Relevant work experience in sourcing/lead generation/talent mapping in an executive search company.

  • Ability to learn about different/new sourcing techniques.

  • Deadline and detail-oriented. Excellent problem-solving, communication and facilitation skills.
