Google - Media Solutions Specialist

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Ability to speak and write in English and Russian fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in media strategy and campaign planning.

  • Agency knowledge and experience (digital, traditional/offline) with a clear understanding of the media agency landscape.

  • Demonstrated prioritization skills, sales acumen and pipeline management experience.

  • Expert-level knowledge of the DV360 platform and media solutions.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions executed by support teams.

  • Excellent relationship building, stakeholder management and communication skills.

This role will be directly integrated into the Large Customer Sales (LCS) team to best serve our Russian LCS clients.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.


  • Drive customer business objectives on Display and Video 360 (DV360) through media selling, campaign design, delivering high-quality campaign performance and campaign reporting.

  • Provide customers or agencies with DV360 media campaign solutions and proposals focused on optimizing access to relevant inventory and agreement types.

  • Collaborate with Media Planners or Account Managers on high-quality design of DV360 media plans across Display and Video.

  • Identify and capture unaddressed DV360 potential for our customers.

  • Develop Google Marketing Platform/Google Ads customers together with Google Ads Display and Video Solutions Specialists to address the customers' needs.
