Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience in a user acquisition or sales advertising role.

  • Ability to travel as required.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Google Digital Workshop certification or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in a user acquisition or sales advertising role, working towards strategic goals.

  • Understanding of the digital marketing landscape and the app developer ecosystem.

  • Ability to take initiative and work well as part of a team, demonstrating accountability and excellent organizational skills.

  • Passion for sales and working with, and educating, advertisers.

  • Ability to speak and write in English and one of the following languages: any Nordic Language, German, Turkish, or Russian.

As a Growth Manager, you will be part of a Sales team dedicated to driving growth for existing mobile app clients businesses using Google Ad products and services. You will contribute sales skills which you will use to identify opportunities and craft compelling pitches to grow Google’s share of wallet with leading app developers. Additionally, you will develop effective relationships and act as a consultant to app advertisers across Europe, advising on marketing strategies which will help our partners achieve their user acquisition goals. 

In this role, you'll proactively reach out to clients with solutions and insights, from account optimizations, to product betas, and strategic performance reviews in order to build comprehensive solutions for our customer. This role entails some travel, public speaking engagements at industry events, and performance focused conversations with app developers and marketers.

  • Manage relationships with existing clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business objectives, goals and challenges.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities in your book of business, prioritize accounts, handle objections, and evaluate campaign effectiveness

  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international marketing goals. Utilize Google’s marketing solutions suite, specifically app advertising.

  • Provide outstanding service to clients and design app marketing solutions for clients to drive long-term success.

  • Contribute to the development of Google’s comprehensive suite of app install advertisement products. Work and collaborate with a diverse set of mobile-focused cross-functional teams.
