Google - Growth Manager, Mobile App Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience in a user acquisition or sales advertising role.

  • Ability to speak and write in English and one of the following languages fluently and idiomatically: Turkish, Hebrew or Russian

  • Ability to travel as required.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in working towards strategic goals.

  • Demonstrated understanding of the digital marketing landscape, with Google Digital Workshop certification or equivalent experience.

  • Developed understanding of the app developer ecosystem.

  • Demonstrated passion for sales and working with and educating advertisers.

  • Proactive, organized and responsible, with a proven ability to work well in a team.

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions.

As a Growth Manager, you'll be part of a sales team dedicated to driving growth for existing mobile app clients businesses using Google Ad products and services. You will have excellent sales skills which you will use to identify opportunities and craft compelling pitches to grow Google’s business opportunities with leading app developers. You will develop relationships of trust and act as a consultant to app advertisers across Europe, advising on marketing strategies which will help our partners achieve their user acquisition goals. You'll proactively reach out to clients with solutions and insights, from account optimizations, to product betas, to strategic performance reviews in order to build comprehensive solutions for our customers. This role entails some travel, public speaking engagements at industry events, and performance focused conversations with app developers and marketers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with existing clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business objectives, goals and challenges. Identify and pursue opportunities in a book of business, prioritize accounts, handle objections and evaluate campaign effectiveness.

  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international marketing goals. Utilize Google’s marketing solutions suite, specifically app advertising.

  • Provide excellent service to clients and design app marketing solutions for clients to drive long-term success.

  • Contribute to the development of Google’s comprehensive suite of app install advertisement products. Work and collaborate with a diverse set of mobile-focused cross-functional teams.
