No two days are the same!
You will sit with the EY Irish Talent Team in our city centre office on Harcourt St, supporting the firms graduate and undergraduate recruitment programmes which are key to the firm delivering its strategy.
With the Student Recruitment team hiring up to 500 students between all of our programmes every year, we require dedicated Operations team members to ensure EY communicate with all the fantastic talent applying to our programmes. As Operations Associate you will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process, continuously collaborating with the Operations Lead and Campus Recruiters to ensure EY are providing an excellent recruitment experience to the student population. Data will be of key importance due to high volumes and you will be reporting on various recruitment metrics to the team and business stakeholders on a daily basis, which will help drive campaigns and strategies. Attending campus events with the Recruiters, you will gain an opportunity to meet potential candidates and promote our programmes. You will screen a large volume of CVs for our student programmes, gaining a great understanding of our applicant tracking systems and the type of talent EY recruit for. You will help coordinate all the pieces involved in large volume interview days, such as interview scheduling and diary management, ensuring candidates receive an excellent interview experience at EY. Our successful candidates receive electronic contracts drafted by the operations team. You will develop strong relationships with all levels of the business. You will have the opportunity to be involved in programme and process development and improvement as we continuously strive to deliver excellence in everything we do!
