Customer Support Executive - Online gamer support
For our Client, a famous online gaming plattform we are currently looking for fluent English speaker + one of the languages above. To be considered, you need to be based in Ireland with a valid working visa (Stamp 4) if from outside of the EU.
The key objective of the Customer Support Executive (CSE) is to offer a great customer support to users of the gaming plattform. Most of the tickets are in the area of payment or login issues but can also include other user related issues. Therefore, knowledge with online games is not a requirement.
Resolve tickets mainly via tickets, chat, and emails
Give users a great customer experience by resolving issues on a professional manner
Be complient with the GDPR guidlines by protecting sensitive information
Competencies and requirements
Native level in one of the languages (C2) and fluency in English (C1 or higher)
Leaving Certificate or higher
Previous experience in a Customer focussed position (Retail, call center, Customer Service and similar)
Excellent communication and organization skills
Understanding of, and continuous contribution to, team success
Flexibility & adaptability to a wide range of topics and tasks
Reference check is part of the process
