Corvil - Office Administrator


Front of House Management

  • Managing the Corvil Reception, including phones and visitors
  • Coordinating the post & couriers
  • Organising access cards for staff

Office Administration

  • Liaison point with Building Management & primary interface for all office related issues
  • Managing stationery and office supplies
  • Coordination of canteen including canteen supplies, weekly lunch, meeting needs, recycling, hygiene
  • Travel coordination, including preferred hotels, taxi arrangements
  • Managing the office cleaning, third party provider, clean desk policy etc.
  • Implementation of office layout requirements, including changes to layouts, desk allocation, refreshes and upgrades
  • Coordination of meeting rooms/all-hands calls/ visitor wifi
  • Organisation and co-ordination of off-site meetings as required
  • Coordination of client events, lunches, meetings: Customers, Investors & BOD
  • Event planning and management

Employee Health & Safety/Wellbeing – primarily Dublin office, with support for other office locations as needed

  • Updating Health and Safety documents
  • Managing emergency evacuation process
  • Checking that the First Aid kit is kept stocked and in date
  • Ensuring Health & Safety training is up to date
  • Coordinating Sports & Social activities
  • Managing ergonomic requirements 


  • Must have a 3rd Level Qualification
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience
  • Must have broad experience that touches on all areas including office management, event planning/ management and travel management
  • High Energy
  • Self-motivation and ability to work on own initiative
