Cloudbeds - Technical Recruiter

Cloudbeds is a travel industry startup that works to make the world a more welcome place. We make advanced cloud-based hospitality software for hotels, hostels, vacation rentals and groups that manages reservations and guests, distributes room availability, sells inventory, and collects payments. Our hundreds of team members are distributed across 30 countries and, altogether, we speak 17 languages. How do we do it? As a Technical Recruiter at Cloudbeds, you will help to grow our team with top talent across the globe. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and driving hiring processes across multiple technical roles. By leveraging your relationships both inside and outside the organization, you will become an integral part of our company's DNA. This is a highly visible role as you will be a trusted partner for our senior leadership while you support their departments' success through the addition of its members.

Location: Remote (Europe)

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate on and drive the technical recruiting process across the company

  • Work with People Operations leadership to implement and develop strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent

  • Communicate effectively with candidates, peers, and management to deliver a strong hiring process

  • Manage and maintain our ATS (JazzHR) while sharing regular updates with internal stakeholders

  • Evaluate, screen, and inform prospective candidates on company culture and role fit

  • Build a network of relationships within the Information Technology space

  • Stay up to speed with leading industry trends within the recruiting, technology, and HR compliance spaces

  • Keep potential candidates warm and up-to-speed for future opportunities, both externally and internally

You'll Succeed With:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • 5+ years experience with full-cycle software technical recruiting

  • A deep level of ownership with a team-oriented mindset and internal drive to succeed

  • An understanding of web technologies, such as PHP, MySQL, and javascript

  • Experience working within high-quality technical recruitment processes

  • Experience hiring technical roles related to web application software

  • Experience in a very fast-paced and growing environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Business level English fluency

  • Ability to work remote and travel as needed

  • Ability to work in a multi-region and multi-culture recruiting environment

  • Ability to work with hiring managers remotely across the globe

  • Proficiency using applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn recruitment platforms

  • Experience working with Google Suite

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience programming with web technologies

  • Experience hiring director and management-level employees

  • Ability to speak multiple languages (Russian, Portuguese, Spanish)

  • Experience with JazzHR
