The Chief Technology Office (CTO) is responsible for the firm’s overall Information Technology strategy. Our mission is to optimize our IT environment by standardizing production platforms, reducing complexity, and introducing innovative solutions that provide new business capabilities, reduce total cost of ownership and create a competitive advantage for Citi.
Citigroup Architecture and Technology Engineering (CATE) is an organization comprising; Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure Engineering and Design, Application Development Engineering, Emerging Technology and Technology Vendor Management.
CATE’s goal is to improve IT’s time to market and the effectiveness of our IT environment and processes. The approach is to integrate the disciplines of Architecture, Development Engineering and Infrastructure Engineering to maximize the consistency and quality of these services and to accelerate the adoption of technologies that provide competitive advantage to our businesses.
This role is to provide Business support for Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Inventory from requirements-gathering to releases and ongoing production management. This will include Interfacing with other disciplines and multiple teams as well as Smart Automation center for enhancements.
Engage in requirements-gathering in coordination with other disciplines, UAT management, change and release communication, bug tracking and enhancement management.
This role will also include L3 support, bug tracking and on-going enhancement management, requirements coordination with other disciplines. This will include UAT coordination, coordinating user guides, release notes and communication, post prod checkouts.
A strong technical background; an ability to quickly comprehend new business and technology areas, and provide a link between business problems and possible technology solutions
The ability to quickly get up to speed with the assigned capability, build strong relationships with the key stakeholders and coordinate efforts related to RPA Inventory
Self-starter, can work independently and as part of a team
Analysis, review, assessment and reporting of current capability status
Strive to consistently review and improve processes and frameworks involved in day to day activities and highlights quick gains
Balance technology and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both technology and business experts

Degree level qualification
Expert communication skills
Extensive years of Technical Business Analysis experience
Possess extensive knowledge of technology and business operations from more than one business sector.
Knowledge of emerging technologies
Project Management experience
