Canon - Document Services Operator

As a Document Services Operator you are accountable for the service provision for your allocated site. You are to be the designated point of contact of all queries and will have the responsibility of carrying out the daily workload of Document Services Operator to ensure a high-quality service is delivered, and operate without regular direction or supervision from the Document Services Manager.

You'll have an opportunity to produce a high quality service to our customers, in line with their specifications, whilst working to agreed and strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
Your organization skills will ensure you prioritize your workloads, taking in account technical and delivery requirements, so that you can take the opportunity to maximize department productivity.

You'll inform your Line Manager regarding your workload and the progress of each delivery. Accurately, you'll complete required records of work carried out and support the Document Services Manager/Team Leader to introduce service enhancements and developments.
Responding to customer requests and enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner, you'll respond to their demands pro-actively where possible.
Your effective communication skills will be vital, as you communicate with customers by understanding their needs, promote the services being offered.

Language skills are essential for our client markets such as Russia for completing daily tasks.
