We are currently looking to hire a Manager in Dublin to lead a team of 12 business development representatives.
The primary focus of BDRs is to identify potential new customers and sales opportunities in new accounts, identify retention and penetration opportunities in existing accounts, drive revenue and cross selling opportunities.
Primary responsibilities & Experience we offer include:
Lead and manage between 12 individual contributors in Dublin (with the support of a Team Lead)
Be responsible for our 3 flagship portfolios of solutions: Digital Service Management (DSM) & Digital Service Operations (DSO), Digital Business Automation (DBA)
Excellence in Salesforce reporting
Forecast management – reviewing on weekly and quarterly basis
Utilize sales best practices, industry trends and market knowledge in a repeatable sales process.
Participate in regular sales enablement workshops with solution leads
Be a BMC brand ambassador both internally and externally
Engage with dedicated pre-sales, inside sales and internal ecosystem colleagues to achieve common goals
Collaborate in regular forecast meetings with leadership

The Experience you will bring:
Must be able to demonstrate experience in the following areas:
Fluency in English + another European language
2 years + of Management experience in an EMEA Inside sales environment
Identifying and assessing potential sales opportunities
Matching product and service solutions to customers' needs
Effective Relationship Skills
Effective Negotiation Skills
Effective coaching/mentoring Skills
Developing excellent relationships with business partners
