Best Western Hotels & Resorts is looking to recruit a Marketing & Revenue Support for its International Operations Department to assist with the implementation of revenue management & marketing strategies while ensuring all hotels follow brand requirements.
Essential job functions:
Assist with the Revenue Managers with the system build of new properties, where all accurate information must be sourced and then confirmed
Audit all Global Distribution System (GDS) channels to optimize revenue delivery.
Analytical review of systems and consumer end sites.
Marketing & e-Commerce
Analyse website performance and suggest strategies to boost traffic
Drive the e-mail marketing strategy
Manage the social media pages and ad campaigns, optimize based on ROI
Create and update website content on different CMSs
Liaise with e-commerce and revenue teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency across all country websites and connectivity partners.
Coordinate the creation of special promotions
Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Managers in preparing weekly and monthly reporting
Provide administrative support to the team
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, revenue management or sales
Proficiency in MS Office Products, (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Strong admin skills with attention to detail
Team player and positive self-starter
Proficiency in Russian and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience in hospitality or tourism is a plus
