We are seeking to appoint a Corporate Communications Manager to be part of our dynamic Marketing and Corporate Communications team.
You will be responsible for providing predominantly internal communications and events support to business partners primarily in Dublin and in some cases across the EU.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a team central to improving Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s brand and culture in a key and growing location, working with very senior individuals.
What will your main responsibilities involve?
Supporting senior Dublin-based executives with their internal assignments across the EU
Writing and coordinating internal announcements
Creating and executing employee engagement activities
Working with business partners to communicate cross-platform initiatives
Building creative and strategic communication plans that allow for engaging and meaningful messaging
Collaborating with ESG team colleagues on volunteering, philanthropy, arts and culture projects
Promoting and protecting the bank’s brand, tone and overall strategy
What skills and qualifications will you ideally possess?
Experience of working in communications
The ability to be a trusted advisor to senior individuals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good relationship management and interpersonal skills
Highly organised, an excellent project manager
The ability to see the bigger picture whilst understanding the granular
An energetic, empathetic team player
Aptitude to work in a high energy, high expectation, team-orientated global culture
Excellent interpersonal skills
