Yandex.Taxi customers contact the customer service everyday, asking questions, expressing complaints, sharing their ideas for improving the service. We are looking for an employee who will promptly respond to any requests and will help the Yandex.Taxi customers.
promptly process the requests;
communicate with the customers, drivers and partners to solve possible problems;
develop processes and tools to improve the quality of Yandex.Taxi customer service.
We expect that you:
hold a university degree;
write quickly and correctly in Hebrew and English;
know how to deal with large amounts of data and are able to solve different tasks in parallel;
are able to make decisions independently.
knowledge of Russian;
experience in customer service;
experience in social media marketing;
willingness to learn.
Remote work, full time.
