What we are looking for
Analysis of Uniper Group’s financial performance including measure-oriented decision proposals to the Uniper Management Board in the context of mid-term planning as well as management reporting
Preparation of financial planning scenarios and analysis of their implications for the Uniper Group; set up and coordination of planning and capital allocation processes and definition of analytical tools (e.g. for cost or cashflow analysis)
Enhancement and application of the instruments and key metrics for value-based management; return and cashflow analyses of Uniper’s portfolio
Support international business in controlling related questions and steer communication for Uniper’s Group internal and external financials
Preparation of special purpose analyses
Working in Group-wide projects regarding financial steering
Who we are seeking
Excellent university degree in Business / Finance with a major in Controlling, Finance and / or Accounting and experience in Controlling, Finance, Advisory or M&A
Excellent and proven know-how in methods and processes for financial steering (planning, financial KPI analysis, value based management, cashflow, IFRS), further knowledge in valuation / long term financial modelling (company and project valuation) would be a plus
Capability and interest in deep analysis of steering concepts and their application to concrete business issues,
Strong numerical, conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and information and present it in a clear and logical format to the respective audience including top management to facilitate decision making
Strong and positive attitude towards change management: Initiating change / new ideas and driving implementation even in difficult phases
High level of self-organization, commitment, personal drive, energy, flexibility and ability to work under pressure to meet challenging targets
Excellent communication / presentation skills
Fluent in English, further Uniper languages (e.g. German or Russian) would be a plus
