Trimble - Regional Sales Manager

Trimble is recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager Europe and CIS 

We are looking for the very best in class to join the Trimble Advanced Positioning (TAP) Division. 

Job Summary: The Regional Sales Manager for Europe and CIS, will be responsible for the execution of Trimble’s Advanced Positioning (TAP) sales strategies to aggressively grow market share through acquisition of new business. The role is focused on selling Positioning Services as well as CORS Network Systems and Solutions, both direct as well as through the Trimble dealer channel. 

Regional Sales Manager is accountable for the development and execution of sales plans and the achievement of sales goals within assigned regions in Europe and CIS. Critical factors to ensure success are intensive business development, channel management, lead follow-up, cross selling and customer service. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Management

  • Cooperation and generating synergies with other Trimble divisions

  • Itensive business development to generate sales growth

  • Drive business growth with existing channel, key customers, internal divisions

  • Manage and report the sales pipeline and provide regular business outlook

  • Identify new market segments, applications and paths for growth

  • Manage and develop assigned region with high level of independency

  • Keep efforts focused to achieve growth and assigned goals

Skills & Characteristics 

  • Experienced, high-performing professional with passion for sales

  • 5+ years in similar role

  • Understanding and Experience in Agriculture or Geospatial or Infrastructure Markets

  • Capable of turning challenges into opportunities, solution driven

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, energetic, forceful

  • Frequent travel is required, approximately 70% of the time

  • Fluent in English and Russian additional languages are of advantage: German, French

  • Bachelors of science degree, marketing, sales or related

  • Keen interest in innovative technology, i.e. SaaS, IoT, GNSS

  • Capable of effectively interacting at all levels in a corporate organization

  • Ability to build long term, professional relationships
