Your responsibilities will include:
Travel management for Vice President and Pharmaceutical Development Team
Organization of meetings or workshops and calendar care
Support to monthly reporting
Support to Pharmaceutical Development Team,
Handling of orders and invioces (SAP)
Archiving of documents
Completed commercial apprenticeship and additional work experience
Strong command and communication in English and German both verbally and in writing
Knowledge of the Russian language would be an advantage
Well organized and customer oriented
