Your Mission

As Senior Carrier Manager you will look after our partners and further expand the cooperation. Identify the needs of our partners, review their processes and improve their daily work. Within your team you are the operations expert that takes our performance to the next level.

  • Together with Team Leads you will work on partner acquisition and processes to improve our relationships with existing partners

  • You will mentor your colleagues and work as an escalation point for complicated problems for other team members

  • Take responsibility for the outcome of the day

  • Carry out support for the projects of Team Leads and the higher management

  • Be a representative for team leads during their absence

  • Work with a hands-on mentality and motivate your team everyday

Your Profil

As an open-minded person who loves to combine project-related work with daily operational tasks, you bring a high awareness of quantity, which you ensure through your structured approach.
Your analytical skills will help you prioritize tasks for your team and establish successful workload management. You are also characterized by your self-starter attitude and implement your ideas in coordination with various stakeholders. For this:

  • You have accomplished Bachelor studies in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management and you already worked 2-4 years in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation or Customer Service- start-up experience being a plus

  • You are an open-minded person that loves to combine project-based work together with the daily operations tasks

  • You like to work hands-on, interact with people from different backgrounds and cultures and communicate with them on the daily basis

  • You have a huge sense of quality and can combine working in daily operations with project-based work

  • You are stress-resistent and not afraid to face many complicated problems

  • You want to help your colleagues to reach new, higher targets and help them develop themselves

  • You are speaking fluently English and German- Spanish, Italian, Polish, Russian or French are a plus
