Support the Global Head of Safety, Health and Environment to develop the Global SHE Strategy to improve the Safety Culture across the Rain Carbon Group
Develop a Global SHE Management System, guidelines and procedures for the Rain Carbon Group
Setting up relevant training programs to improve our safety culture in cooperation with the Global Human Resources Department
Develop communication plans on SHE matters, including official SHE reporting and presentations at Group level, best practices and lessons learned
Manage complex environmental topics including avoidance, prevention, minimization, reduction and reporting of emissions in cooperation with our Global Sustainability Department
Support and prepare internal SHE audits across the Rain Carbon Group as well as develop the right corrective measures to comply with the Companys SHE Management System
Successfully completed studies in technical engineering (Diploma/Master) preferably related to chemical industry
At least 7-10 years of professional experience in the safety, health and environmental area
At least 6 years of auditor experience in SHE ISO 45001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001
General Experience in project management
Fluent in English (written and spoken), additional languages (German, Russian, Dutch or Polish) would be an advantage
Expert in Microsoft Office-Tools
High motivation, teamwork and communication skills
Advanced leadership skills and several years of practical leadership experience
Willingness to travel and to be temporarily or permanently relocated in other countries as required
