With immediate effect, we are looking for an International Account Executive (m/f/d) to strengthen our sales team. As an International Account Executive, you will be in charge of a customer's path from the first request to the purchase. For this challenge, it is important that you can easily put yourself in the customer's shoes to show the possibilities how the customer can optimize and digitize processes and you help with organizing a successful personnel management solution. In your customer consulting role you will be available via phone, live chat, and writing emails.
You are responsible for:
Qualification: contact and qualification of incoming requests and customer acquisition after the first contact
Termination of demo requests and onboardings
Continuous support of the potential customer during the trial phase
Training of new employees/training of new customers
Your profile should look like this:
You have a very good command of spoken and written English
You are a linguistic talent and may also speak German, Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Russian, Belgian, Danish, Swedish, Scandinavian, etc.
Communicative skills are among your strengths
High self-motivation, willingness to perform and self-confidence characterize you
You have a technical affinity and a quick grasp of how to use software
