Our Client
Since September 2018 we are partner of an internationally acting Swiss technology group in the field of mechanical engineering: a global provider of industrial solutions for the food processing industry. Our client is represented with over 10,000 employees in more than 140 countries and is extremely successful.

Your Responsibilities: 

In order to drive our client’s growth, we are looking for a sales experienced employee in our Inside Sales Team from April 2019 on. As an Inside Sales Executive (f/m/d) you are responsible for the performance of all sales activities in the Polish and Romanian market. Your mission is to drive demand and revenue around our client’s product portfolio into potential business accounts and perform against sales goals. Your working place will be in Ulm, based on a 40 hours’ week from Mondays to Fridays.

  • You are responsible for the approach of potential new customers in Poland and Romania on behalf of our client, i.e. you communicate via telephone (proactive outbound cold calling) and e-mail

  • You are in regular contact with high-ranking decision-makers, such as production managers, plant managers and/or owners / managing directors

  • You are responsible for listening and understanding the customer’s' businesses, requirements and needs, the elaboration of offers regarding mid-priced machines and spare parts as well as for the offer follow-up process until the deal is closed

  • Your goal is to build long-lasting business relationships and evaluate the most important purchase decision criteria

  • You will use SAP and CRM system (Salesforce.com) to ensure effective & efficient pipeline management

Your Qualities: 

  • You are bilingual in Polish and Russian language, with fluent skills in English

  • You have successfully completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship or studies

  • You have good “hunting” communication skills (also in the English language), with high initiative, willingness to learn and commitment

  • You have gained B2B sales experiences in Poland and /or CIS markets and are ready for the next challenge

  • You have a systematic way of working and a sense of responsibility as well as good MS Office skills
