In this position you will...
look after the Eastern European market and be in charge of approx. 45 hotels
support local HR Directors and Teams in their day-to-day activities
carry global strategies, values and other themes into the area and ensure transition
adapt to individual area needs whilst ensuring standardisation and integration
challenge key stakeholders and senior leaders
ensure that all labor and associate relations are conducted correctly
be the key contact regarding talent acquisition, leadership and development of employees
multiple years of working experience in the HR sector in the hotel industry
willingness to travel on at least 60% of your time
ideally some experience of working in the region of Eastern Europe
strong technical, analytical, consulting and communication skills
fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must, it is of advantage to speak one other language (Russian, Turkish, Polish, Czech or similar)
