To strengthen our eastern-europe focused strategy team in Berlin, we are looking for a
Senior Consultant (m/f/d) w/ russian language as of right away.
As Senior Consultant (m/f/d) at Interbrand you gain insights into how the most exciting companies understand themselves and shape their industries. You will take on responsibility for projects and cooperations with international clients while being part of a team of strategists and designers ready to challenge and change everything from brand positioning to brand experience - incredible projects providing a steep learning curve. You'll be part of an international team of equally curious, thoughtful, passionate people with diverse backgrounds and perspectives who care as much about each other as about the work they do.
Your main responsibilities
Develop unique, brand based strategies to solve compelling challenges as project and client lead
Manage and execute projects from start to finish, from research through content development, delivery and implementation
Prepare and implement workshops
Present results to the client
Develop long-term anchor clients and build relationships with new ones to drive profitable growth by taking care of your own assigned international customers
Play an important role in expanding and developing our fast-growing Eastern Europe business
Business Degree with specialization in brand management, strategic management, communications or similar
4 to 6 years of professional experience in brand management, corporate brand strategy and/or marketing/market research, preferably within the consultancy or agency environment
Experience with different branding disciplines, means of communication and market research project, ideally working with quantitative analytical methods
Experience in project and budget management
Outstanding analytical and conceptual, as well as written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Understanding of and interest in digital media, developing trends and forward thinking
Curiosity and passion for brands
High commitment, reliability and self-driven work ethics
Sense of ownership and proven can-do attitude
Business fluent in Russian and English, proficient in German
Must be ready for business travel
